As direct importers, our new product planning begins far in advance of when our customers begin seeing those new products appear on our shelves. An integral part of this planning process is customer input. In fact, many of our current product lines are a direct result of specific customer requests as well as results of opinion surveys in which we've polled our existing customer base regarding new lines that our manufacturers are introducing to us.
Hence our new Coming Soon category, showing the next wave of new products bound for our retail and internet stores.
